Maurice - I have a couple of the hollow hooks, they were part of a winch spade arrangement made up for a Scammell Mountaineer. I haven't used them yet as am wary of their load ability - any idea what they would have been fitted to?

NOS , if thet have a round opening push bar , than probably canadian , some are ford marked (exeption is some DAF1s have round as well , but different angle ) if they have flattened push bar`s than British , but are fitted sometimes to canadian Carriers by British workshops . They are also used on Morris commercials, Fordsons , etc.
