gadgit Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 I'm looking to buy a rep because of the huge cost of recent de-acts. Firstly, has anyone heard of DMZ replica's or knows anyone who has bought from this site... There is no phone number to ring and ask about there products. It seem its just internet based. I'm reluctant to buy from anywhere that I can't ring them and discuss. The prices appear to be good for the carbine. £135-£150. Or do you know something better that is reasonably priced. Any info to guide me would be of great help. I am a member of an Re-enactment group with public liability insurance. Many thanks. gadgit. Quote

If you are going to Detling this coming weekend look out for Dennis Smith http://www.milweb.net/dealers/trader/standuphookup/ He sells the Denix replicas and sometimes at knockdown prices. I dont wish to teach you to suck eggs however, dont forget if you are portraying WW2 American forces ensure you buy a carbine WITHOUT the bayonet lug on. My advice would be if your going to spend £150.00 on a Denix save up for a new spec deactivated carbine Edited August 21, 2013 by BIGREDONE Quote
Locolines Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Soldier of fortune and you'll get it next day Quote
Tony B Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 These people had some at Combined Ops, if you can prove variation. I bought a Luger gas BB off them. Very pleaed with price and it. http://www.mark1cheapbbguns.co.uk/mall/departmentpage.cfm/Mark1/_430494/1 Better than a de-ac as you can actually shot it. Quote
Snapper Posted August 22, 2013 Posted August 22, 2013 Good comments here. I have coveted the Denix gun. People on here know stuff. If I thought a new spec deact was cheaper I'd consider it, but I think the Denix gun is very good. Quote
