Hi to all,

I have found advert with welbike two months ago. All gone well until what I have payed for it to the seller. After then the communication stoped :mad::mad::mad:

 

Could I ask if somebody know this welbike or know anything about it?

Have somebody any experiences with information from the bank? I have the acount No. IBAN. atc.

I know that the acount was registered in the Luton in the HALIFAX BANK PLC.

 

Still I have contacted the police in my town.

i enquired about this bike several months ago but it would not let me send emails (some kind of error message) also i am certain the address i saw was in London. I will see if i can find the advert.

unfortunately you have been scammed.

 

the details... HALIFAX BANK PLC is well known for scammers, just do a quick google, there were quite a few scammers using this a few years back..

 

I've sent you an email with the email relating to scams that come up with the banks sort code.

 

Your money is probably now in Nigeria..

It was probaly copied from a genuine advert, which scammers do quite a lot.. am I right in thinking it was on Graiglists??

I think you may be right that it was on craigslists, cant find the page but it has most likely expired by now.

Hi Radek,

 

The welbike was on ebay in may 2010. The location was Tasmania. I bought it but sold it to a guy in Holland at the end of last year. As everyone else has been saying it is yet another scam ! These are not the photo's that were on ebay, so possibly it had been advertised elsewhere. Here is a picture of it on my kitchen table just prior to selling. The furry seat cover and homemade petrol tank have been removed.
