Mk3iain
Yet another Snatch for sale, but on the truck behind something of interest! http://www.mod-sales.com/auction/vehicle/related/41559/Landrover_110_V8_Snatch.htm Iain
snowtracdave
Here you go ....saw them when I went to look at the tender last week . There were these two fairly scruffy one's on the low loader and another couple of very nice ones in green parked up amongst the other trucks around the corner near the office . Mk3iain
Cheers Dave I wonder what the intention is with them? if they come up for sale, just how much would they be? No doubt too much for most folk. Iain
robin craig
First off does anyone care to identify what they are? Second, I highly doubt they will come to us unwashed civvies, more likely get a wash out and blow over paint job and a lube job and sold off to a "foreign government". Don't forget Withams are in business to make the best money for the MOD on disposals not as our personal cheap source of toys. If not, then likely as not, if there is an ounce of material "made in the USA" in them they will be subject to ITAR and get cut up etc etc. Mind you, I'm always willing to be proved wrong, who ever thought we would see Snatch sold off . . FourFox
The vehicles are a variation of the Cougar mine protected vehicle. They are for sale...but probably outside the budget of most collectors. I think you would need the better part of £200,000 each! Jon
