It has been a while since I posted on here as I have been very busy with fieldwork and University. Over the last summer I restored a Pillbox in Sussex to as per 1940 (Aug). I now require a Living history group to man the structure for a realistic photoshoot. Ideally in 1940-41 Uniform with Bren LMG Enfield rifles Boy AT rifle ammo boxes, tilly lamps etc (for interior photos) Also period cammo nets. Any other people with vehicles of the period, from Shermans to a jeep would be also very welcome. I can't pay you, but you would be fed sandwiches and kept in tea + cakes for the day. Also under cover in a few 12x12's! as it is Sussex and rain would be possible. There will be press coverage and several photographers when organised, it's just getting the right group that is the issue! Thank you for your kind offer to provide items, I shall keep you informed. I'm still hoping for the Living History group really! As I require people in the pictures for scale.
