robin craig
We have just received a Stormer and a 432, both with multiple battery set ups for running radios etc. We are thinking of pulling the now unused batteries for other usage and removing the charging cables associated and capping anything obvious. Will this cause any problems? R
andym
I don't know about the Stormer, but on the 432 just disconnect the battery lead from the Radio Distribution Box to make things safe. Mine had been running with the radio (and ventilation) batteries missing when I got it. Andy

R We disconnect the radio batteries on quite a few of our in service vehicles with no problems at all, if we leave them connected they eventually discharge to an extent they become knackered and we end up demanding new ones.
