I HAVE A 1942 WDCO, I AM WONDERING WHEN CHECKING THE OIL LEVEL ON THE ROD ON THE OIL CAP, WHERE SHOULD ITS LEVEL BE ON THE HANGING ROD AS THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ANY MARKINGS, SORRY IF THIS IS A DUMB QUESTION , THANKS!!!
