Hello All,

I've an interest in WW1 & 11 military vehicles of all types. Currently I'm building a replica 3/4 scale Fokker Eindecker EIII, my hobby is flying and I hope to build and fly a few other types as well.

Many thanks for the warm welcome, my workshop is near Stroud in Gloucestershire and the Eindecker is about 80% complete, all the main structure is finished as are the control systems.

Currently I'm working on the engine installation and the front metalwork, once this is finished she will be ready for covering.

Welcome to the forum ,

A school in our neighborhood achieved a project for its students to built an exact copie of a WW 1 fighter plane , and they have suceeded , the plane ran on the runway , due to restrictions by authorities , it was not permitted to take off , as it made an attemt to do so .

Hello George

That looks great, well done, would love to see it sometime.

I built a Spit many years ago, also worked on a Mossie and Hurricane.

I live in Oxfordshire, but now have fun in my MV's

Regards

Jules
