  2. There is a very clear a definate process to register a vehicle If you don't follow the process it will be rejected end of Speak to the MVT verification officer or drop me a pm, I was MVT verification officer for 4 yesrs Loads of duff info and experts on here!!
  3. This one removed water. The gauze was so fine it would let fuel through but not water

  7. I have a 2.5 petrol Land Rover engine for sale. It is missing the head, starter, distributor etc but is complete with pistons crank etc etc Never heard it running but was running before I bought it for the head £50 collected from Preston Thanks

The army did trial the Berliet TBU as a replacement for the Explorer in 1964-65 Two were acquired for trials and there was to be a collaborative agreement with Alvis regarding Berliet building the Stalwart and the British having the Berliet The agreement came to nothing. I suspect the picture was taken in BAOR
  15. To be honest I think you are going to struggle to get it registered in a month even if the inspection was done today and the paperwork sent off today The DVLA don't usually move that fast.

  18. Doubtful there will be charges from a NOVA declaration You do need to jump through that hoop though, if the vehicle has not been notified (within the specified time etc) then when you come to register it the DVLA will refuse because there has been no NOVA declaration
