Hello. I am looking for a British DR helmet, and would like to know if folks know what the sizes as marked on the band mean in cm's ? There are currently a few Size.7 ones about....what would that be and how much adjustment is given by the "laces" ? My heid measures about 57cm.... :angel:

My Royal Enfield WD/CO/B restoration is coming along nicely, so just thought I'd join in this great resource to help me locate a few missing bits, and gets ideas on how to finish it off. Once that's finished, I am toying with the idea of looking for a WD Matchless G3L, and/or maybe a Norton..... I also collect militaria....got a bit of everything, but it would appear I have specialised in Scottish badges, WW1 trench maps/aerial photos, Luftwaffe belt buckles, & books !
