I would say the Lancia, as the badge sits down in the grill, 

this is a 1938 Ford Delux Phaeton

and these two are Chevrolets and a Horch/Opel/Wandere on the fare left

Appears to be 98 ZR 45, I saw it at Pound's yard in 1992. I think the story at the time that it was going to go to Bovington TM as a project for FoTM, whether it actually got there I don't know.

It went to the Cadmans, and it is currently being restored 

They came out of reserve stock so they where pretty much all overhauled condition

1/2" diameter, looks to be the correct for the root radius for the pulley. 

I have recently acquired these two ww2 era British  snatch blocks and I am wondering if anyone knows their intended use or what they where issued to.
They are for 1.5” wire rope but are only rated at 2.5 tons which I find to be very little for such a wire.

War time engines, would have alu plates without the Gardner name on them (blanks)
