It seems like ppl have to work upside down in tanks, gerrit right now then no crap later... Rick, were the fuel tanks in need of less attention than the others?
  3. Rick... as you know I live 1 mile from Bobs premises... Would it be expected of me that the Churchill chunks will be transported to
  4. Rick... don't know if I ever posted this one... if so here it is again...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bdDOAylKSkQ
  5. Well I have been lying idle for months now drinking myself to death with Vodka and I don't half miss the Cromwell. After all; me and her had a special relationship for near on 2 years. I need another restoration job in summer to drag me out of the mire.
  6. Rick, I have made the arrangements to have my bay windows removed and drop the Churchill turret in my dining room, it makes for easy access every day through the winter. I have already told my partner that tanks are more important than her.
  7. Its 73 meg....I'll have a go at stripping it and send you the file.
  8. I recall a tank called "Shrek", can anyone give info on this vehicle...If my memory serves me right it was one wide mother...
  9. TURN UP YOUR SPEAKERS I was walking behind following the Cromwell and took this Audio of the exhaust through the Normandy Cowl approx one foot away and just ducking short of the blast of heat. A sound of which no doubt many an infantryman experienced. (NO VIDEO) Old Git, this audio should serve you well looped and somehow mounted in your one sixth through speakers...
  10. What did it have in the turret position? Is the engine/gearbox still in it?
  11. Not me, I went home that morning. I have been scrutinizing YouTube for anything related but nothing yet.
  12. Where Rick is sat on the Normandy cowl clearly shows the access fissure for those who have a mind to construe this as an invite. I felt safer sleeping in my car.
  13. Well to be honest I am quite happy that I have promoted my credibility in the MV fraternity and met some mighty fine decent blokes, that's good enough for me.
  14. You may wish to tell me what I missed, I am aware he received a second award....Andy did you get my tripod I left at side of trailer?
  15. All in all a mighty fine show, now that I know the do's and don'ts and should have done's, next time I will be better prepared and a hired motorhome and also a means of getting about, maybe one of them Segways if by next year they have a mains points to charge it. I can only imagine the mud if it had rained..... in my estimation it would have been a show stopper for sure.
  16. Found them Kevin, I used a deep scan recovery and these popped up, thought I'd lost them.
  17. After a good few runs around the arena at night the steering started to bite much better, now it turns on a tanner.
  18. Here's Rick taking a pose for the Milweb photographer which will be seen from a different angle when published as this is my shot. Just in case you didn't know Rick has won an award off Milweb for best classic vehicle at the show.
  19. I don't know how it works at W&P, I've never been before.
