Cosrec : Thats a Beast by any measure ! doubt I could afford to purchase even one of those rear tires , still its nice to know what sorts of machines are out and about doing all sorts of hard difficult work .

Thats an amazing find , is it as good in real life as it is in the photo's ! Having only seen such machines in Books I d never expect to see one out and about . Any ideas as to how many there are in the world ? -

Those have to be the most aggressive chains I have ever seen ! I have a set of chains with a V shaped bar welded on each cross link for a pickup I used to own but those post/stud's WOW.

My thoughts as well ! A real pitty the camera person didnt follow it down the slope . Unknown what happened to it next ! I think the rest of the crew decided they needed to be else where about that moment .

I m sure you have seen the clip of the tow truck righting an artic that then rolls backward pulling the tow truck over , well in a simular vain there's this one , that just goes to show you that just because it has tracks instead of wheels you still need to set the park brake. I wonder what the boss thought of this ! Something went wrong...

Great little vehicles , Back when you could fix a flat at the side of the road with a couple simple tools and use a manual pump to refill the tire !

Just as long as the damage was confined to mechanical things and that you came through with all your fingers, toes etc. then it was a good day . Perhaps tomorrow will be a better one !
