    The generator is a Coventry Climax A.C. 6 KVA 230 volts single phase 50 cycle thanks for the reply. today after a long figth the gen gave in and started but now I need to know how the electrics work so I am still looking for a user manual. this so I don't electrocute myself.:cry:

    Welcome from one new boy to another - to the fount of all knowledge. I own a ferret Mk 1, but a drive for a friend the Alvis Saladin. You will find it great fun and you have no trouble with road rage. I have attached a photo, and that is me standing on the front. Regards Shane

    Hi Matt I believe that my Ferret was one made in the first hunderd built. Stamped on the hull underneath ID plate is 8 B 92 I dont know if you can make it out from the pic. Maybe you could let me know if this is so? How many Ferret have you get listed so far? Regards Shane
