  1. The front axle came completely apart and all the parts have been sprayed . now i will have a go on the bronze bushes. Fond also a number on the axle but don't know if this is the part number???
  2. The chassis is now in paint and started to take the front axle apart! will have to make some new steering knuckle bushes as there is some play on the vertical link.

  4. We started to take everything apart! chassis completely strip and now we can start !
  5. Is it possible that there is a section of the angle iron missing around the pedals, just have a look on the picture and you just can see a bit of a piece of angle iron?
  6. Hello, I will start this new thread on the restoration of my latest project. Collected the remains of this Morris c4 in Brittany France this week, the previous owner started to work on the Morris but lack off time and space put a halt on the project and offered it for sale. I still remember this truck from a advertisement in France in as found condition , but at that moment I was to match involved in my Bedford QL restoration. Now the C4 is in my workshop and looking out to a new life !:cheesy: Some information : Morris commercial 15cwt 4x2 C4/wt (wireless body) MCC cont.n° 23/6778 Chassis N° 2202 C4/WT 3357 Cat. ref. N° 337 ass found some years back And how it came to Belgium, on the trailer with a van full of parts . GUY
  7. hello, is this project still going on , I am a bit curios as I go to collect a wireless morris c4 from France. I am very interested to have a look at your c4 to see how it is put together as the one from France is already well disassembled . Never easy to put something back together if it was done by some wane else !! And to see it is in Flanders makes it more interesting .... Guy

  15. hello , Nice to see a 3HW coming back to life ! Do you know that there is a repair on your frame just under the headstock to the front frame tube ! better have a good look if everything is well repaired because a repair like this was mostly done after a previous problem. Guy

  17. The girl's that worked at the camp site for the week of the Normandy D-day remembrance and dad in the back of the QL on are way to the Port- en Bessin liberation parade on the 7th June .We really had a splendid time over there.

  19. Hello. I had a spare wheel carrier for a QLT, but is sold to some wane in the process of rebuilding a QLT rear body. So some post on here about his restoration. Guy

  21. Great Ian, when I come over I still have some repaired parts for your QL. think it will be in March next year. Next work on the trailer will be the riveting and making a new tailgate, normally the trailer will be ready for W&P show next year. Guy
