as for tyres we have a wc52 local to me that has run on dallas tyres for 4 plus years
and apart from a bit of cracking seem to be ok.....the dodge is stored outside 12 months
of the year.....considering this i would say they have done pretty well

Great pictures,we were there slighty earlier in the day and could not see more than
50 feet from the beach totally fogged in!!! ended up walking up to the 360 degree
cinema....well worth a look
Yes Joris it really brings home the fact that the atlantic wall was a work in
progress!!!.....they are to be found in the centre of the site,you have to look quite
hard as they look a bit like the other bits of concrete!!!!
Next time you visit point-du-hoc see if you can find the bags of cement left
laying around to go hard...proof that construction was still going on right up
until D day!!
