    So, having just sold my 3 year rebuild of my USA imported Willys Jeep, I have found a weasel. Anyone on here good contacts for parts info etc? I have joined the M29c Forum too. I am in need of the canvas and or the hardware. I know I haven't been on here much for a few years but film work has been keeping me very busy. any help is much appreciated Doug

    Yep, I built that on the chassis of a mahindra military jeep, it was bought in to the UK by a British army major when he left India , I sold it to my mate almost a year ago and took it to Normandy and war and peace, we also took it to slouches last September , I am halfway through a 1945 jeep now. It was built for WW2 Airsoft games so I modified it slightly from the original pics of the T25's that were built in 41/42. It was a fun projects and drives so well with the overdrive I fitted:-) Doug

    It's never going to be bang on, but it's close and a bit of fun:D and let's face it, who has ever seen one close up?:angel:Of course I diddnt chop up a war time jeep, it was a CJ but,,,,still a jeep:laugh:

    Sorry Rosie I missed your question! It's out this summer I believe, there is a teaser-trailer on line now for Prometheus , look out for the 8wd vehicles, I worked on those😉 doug

    Stripped the front hubs today and also started painting the body , have 5 of the 7 armoured rifle slot plates fitted and working too, will be scouring the January events for more parts. Need this finished and on the road for march for an event my group is at! Doug

    Hi Jack, the original T25s were made by willys/smart armoured cars so is not a soft skin, would make a very interesting vehicle as they are rare as rocking horse S__t, realy hope it will be accepted or I will have to jump in James GMC with the rest of my group:cry: I will have the 30 cal mounted on it too, hoping its a good reply;) cheers Doug

    HI Jack, Whats the chances of brining my armoured jeep (T25 E3) project to this? We as a group will be bringing James 1941 hard top GMC CCKW 353 with cappola and 50 cal mount as well as about 10 us uniformed troops from our group. Although the Jeep is a modern replica it is very unique and armoured! I did put a thread up earlier in the year and I will have it finished fora ww2 event in March I hope you say yes:cool2: many thanks Doug

    this is it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it will be finished about march with luck, have got most of the parts now including wheels, needs a total rewire and service, but thats not a major problem. hope it is acceptable?

    Sorry, been working on The Expendables 2 in bulgaria for last 3 months, but i get home this sunday so will go hammer and tongs to finishing my Replica T25-E3 armoured jeep, would love to bring it along, will be in full US infantry uniform and be ready for anything!:cool2: please add me to the list? Doug

    last time i was there i was playing a gig for the eddie cochran memorial night! i land back in UK on Sunday, so will probably miss this, next time though! its 40 mins jeep drive from me;)

    hey! sorry to be a new member and dissapear for 4 months! finished in iceland on the Alien Prequel "prometheus" and had a weeks holday in Fuertoventura during which i was called to fly to Bulgaria tomorrow! for 4 months on Expendables 2 I will have wifi out there so will post on here a bit more:nut::nut: so! the T 25 is not finished STILL! but will get my full attention in november and December to have it all finished and some shake down runs in before next years shows and events (esspecialy armour and embarcation! i even bought a new uniform for that!:cool2:) all the best Doug
