  1. dont worry clive it has been a major headache for them as the new website was not able to transfer old details across so everyone has had to reapply i even did it about 3 times because i was missing 1 or 2 of the entries but when you get the activation email then the new website is easier and it also gives you the risk assesments for the events which help a lot:D
  2. clive apply for the membership again they will send you a activation email which you click and because already paid they can see that, its mainly bryn who has done a lot of the members questions on facebook
  3. clive you have to start again with a new registration and new password if paid this year then they clear you straight away
  4. afra has updated their website http://afra.org.uk/ all members need to renew as all members details were not able to swap from old site new page is easy to use and easy to put events on:D
  5. my truck isolator is on the positive so the army must have thought that side is better
  6. when they are on the vehicles where are they positioned just on the batterys or inline permantly
  7. thanks for that can i put it inline so battery - socket - main truck feed and earth direct on the chassis or do i just have it on the batterys
  8. ok how do you wire in a interstart socket there are 2 sockets and 2 wires 1 with red end and 1 with black do you just put these onto the battery clips or do you wire it in line
  9. they look a lot like the first issue of dms highleg boots from the 80s with the bubbles which had to be melted out with a spoon before bulling them
  10. yes the seats in the back are in the center of the mk/mj as mine has 1 set at rear and sorry based in eastbourne so to far away

  15. ok how easy would it be to change a bedford mk 330 multi fuel to a turbo version of the bedford mj without having to change the whole engine over can you just change the exhaust manifold and air intake over or is there more to do than that can any mechanics help with this
  16. looking at it it went to marshals for the body 8/3/60 then central vehicle park hilton a store then 118 recovery volunters that are at northampton then back to hilton stores back again to the ta at 118 not sure osu but catterick is a major garrison town and wasnt 1980 fireman/binman strike so support for that 81 warminster traffic park then sold off 1986 so 26 years not hard service
