Hi Bob,
That's a great shame, the one that you restored in W&T and I remember seeing at RAF finningley was a huge inspiration for me as a teenager and has probably help drive my enthusiasm over the years with my own restorations and mv collection.

Hello Mariusz,
I assume you have been on the Sikorski web site for images and try Vojtek the soldier bear site which has some more pictures of my truck attached, let me know of any specific details you need.

WOW!!!!! An amazing resurection from what your dad (Colin) had to start with. The back body looks very precise and the restoration looks fantastic. A restoration that really demonstrates true grit and determination, especially as Colin has completed his restoration in just a few years!
thanks for posting the pictures

Hi Desertman,
Apologies for not getting in touch sooner, great looking project that you've got coming on there. I started on the MV scene about 10 years ago with a Dodge WC51 and seem to remember you then on the ww2 dodge forum? Anyways seems we've run similar paths both with marriages and trucks as I finished restoring mine from the ground up just like you but several years ago. Although I've owned many different trucks over the past ten years my FWD HAR-1 will always be my favourite. I helped The American gentlemen with some odds and ends for his truck and if your need anything give me a shout as I broke up a few trucks whilst restoring my own.

Looks to good, complete and original for breaking, just a shame that it's a snow blower which are of little use or interest to most. I hope your father is making good progress with his truck.
