Lovely, Jim. I wish I'd been able to do something like that with my Dad. Would have been marvellous ( though not so lovely as your pioneer!).

Hullo folks I'm Dave from the Black Country. Bought here initially following my friend JimH's FANTASTIC restoration of his Pioneer, but also because military vehicles have always been a part of my life. My Dad drove tanks and all sorts in WW2, and my Uncle Jim served in the REME in European and African theatres. Our house was always full of talk of spigots and sludge traps growing up ! Thank you for having me here, I hope to look amazed and learn respectfully from you folks. cheers Dave
