  7. HELP................ Had new rolled sections fitted to air tanks and forgotten which fittings go where. A diagram before fitting would be great. ASAP PLEASE John

Q1 - Heat is the answer, warm the female part up and it will free off (mega fine thread - be careful) Q2 - We use a 28mm impact socket on a 3/4 dive 3ft breaker bar with scaffolding tube as required. Q3 - Left hand side of vehicle - left hand thread. Right hand side - right hand thread. Hope this helps John
  9. Hi Simon, We got issues. No air and rear hub seals mega leaking. Update - found air leaks by connecting yard compressor to air tanks and taking cover. Found leak good style......... Could really do with manual. Regards John

  12. You are in principle absolutely correct. However these people need to get in perspective that no vehicles equals no repeat public attendance. That costs involved in restoration and maintenance are significant not withstanding the fuel costs in getting to shows. We do it for the public to enjoy ex ww2 vehicles as a part of their history and only wish common courtesy to be considered by the organizers in return......
  13. Pity the organisers cant be bothered.................. The 109 ambulance was initialy refused entry. Umm Posted same time as my entry for 1945 AEC Matador RAF flat. They never even saw/remembered that or the SAE enclosed. Sod that they can boil their heads and pay me to come next time. Even then I will think about it....................... Come to Kelsall, Astle, Malpas etc to see it. John
