just had a look and is a 90 amp alternator fitted , is that more than unmoded ferrets? what output are they?

temp still wants to sit at 205 f on a run have fitted a new 78 f thermostat flushed cooling system twice blasted rad cooling fins correct anti freeze percentage , wondering if my temp bulb just over reads by 10/15 f ? couple of questions should ferret cooling system hiss ie audible release of pressure when cap undone like a car system ?wondering if prv on top of rad is stuck open all the time

did u do the same route for all the rides , if so do the route in reverse and see if other side get hot

also mk1 are a lot lighter plus a lwr c of g!. mk1/2 u can get a couple of people in the turret while u drive, mk2/3 just the one person

best fuel mpg 9/10 mpg top speed 50 ish 40/45 seems pretty fast though!!your not meant to tow anything with them , fluid flywheel overheating issues.:cool2:

well it would not shift at all freezer spray kettle of hot water heat gun that fecker was not coming out took housing off engine tried taping from under neath not shifting at all !!!4 hours later have nos thermostat ,housing, and gaskets will fit new stuff wednesday.:cool2:
