    right what is every one doing to prep there mvs for this years events? mines off to the ferret dealership aka young mr Dews ! for its annual check over where i know i am going to get a told off about something i have or havent done!!

    yeh direct gov site search SORN then scroll down page a bit there it says insurance OR sorn!

    rob can u post link where it says sorned vehicle must be insured plse .just looked at it my self IT says if a vehicle has no insurance AND has not been sorned a letter will be sent etc suggest u re read it

    u sure? if vehicle is sorned and off road ii does not need insurance mot or valid tax disc thats way i understand it

    have a go at changing it yourself 4 people should be able to move it easily me and my bruv moved mine back and forth whilst greasing rear prop u/js and that was on gravel. have started mine a few times with starter handle

    double ditto, not been in the army , so its normally desert boots jeans and t shirt , i do this for myself not to give display to public ,more than willing to chat to public if they can manage semi sensible questions! army clothes good though for cheap clothing . oh and whats with some people when they allmost demand to climb in the vehicle, without a please or a thanks.

    all done at post office the problem as it turned out was i had sorned ferret using tax reminder was told if u do that u have to go to post office and they tax it using barcode on v5 and they dont keep v112g she didnt even look at it!:cool2: safariswing was correct

    nah not playing ball comes up with vehicle details not recognised and thats using no on tax reminder might be cause sorned it , saying that should still be possible , post office mon.

    just tried to online tax the ferret ,comes up with no mot cert found why cant u declare it mot exempt on line oh well of to post office mon:-\
