  1. Hi there Fadedsun, thought I would say 'Hi ', and your input into the forum is always welcomed.

    Take care, wherever you are.

  2. Hi Austin,I love K9's too. They are my favourite post war British military vehicle.I hope to acquire one in the near future.I drove one regularly as a recovery vehicle in the early eighties and have had an affinity for them ever since.

    Best regards,

    Richard.

  3. Hi Jack ,do you really look like Telly Savalas? Keep up the good work,

  5. Hi Rob,love the website,I have visited it before and I think it is worth buying a Warsaw pact vehicle just to be part of it!!!

Does Malcolm at Glazewing still have any good 12.00x20 Kama tyres left as I am considering putting some on my Berna.

    Keep up the good work.

    Best regards,

    Richard.

  6. Hi Rob,like the website very much,I have visited it before and I think it is a great forum,to the extent that I could almost buy a Warsaw pact truck just to be part of the scene! Do you know if Malcolm at Glazewing still has any 12.00x20 tyres from the Zil 131's for sale,or have they gone now because I am going to fit some to the Berna.

How do you set about registering the vehicles and dating them? I want to register the Berna as a pre 1960 but not sure of age,do you ever have problems like this?

    Best regards,

    Richard.

  7. Hi Rob,I am a big fan of your Soviet toys!!! A Zil 131 or Ural 375 is the next military vehicle on my shopping list.

    Best regards,

    Richard.

  8. Yes Sandro, the Swiss trucks are great! I am going to try and fit some 12.00x20 tyres this weekend to my Berna.. I hope they fit!!!

    Best Regards,

    Richard.

  9. Hi there,My Centurion loving friend,I also am a fan of one of the best tanks ever to be built, not just in England but also the world... I have a garage in Leeds,West Yorkshire not far from where the tanks were built. I am also an admirer of the products of AEC Ltd who were involved with Leyland in the initial design.

I love my Berna. She is a little beauty and runs like the proverbial "Swiss watch".

I am trying to find a radiator badge and a steering wheel horn push(mine says Saurer !).

She is a beautiful piece of engineering and it is a tragedy that all these excellent manufacturers have gone out of business.
