  1. But does your model have this?! hahahaha
  2. Awesome, thanks!! That's great, I'm going to highlight your model (among other things) in my next 284th newsletter that goes out to the families and veterans quarterly Good work!!
  3. Thanks, I did send you a friend request on Facebook. Mikel
  4. Do they not produce / sell those models anymore? I was thinking of getting a couple to copy what you did and send to the families of the guys in the photos that you've been using.
  5. I THINK that it was white with a Black C - I can ask the boys that are still with us but I suspect that they won't remember.
  6. No worries, we are all VERY busy these days! Oh, that is great! I'm so glad that you found the photos helpful! I run the Facebook page and maintain the main 284th website. You did a great job, I love it!
  7. Wow, I love this! I'm the historian for the 284th and have several photos of their compressor trucks, you can find them in the photo galleries of the various companies at: 284thcombatengineers.com On the 284th's website, in the upper right is a search box, if you search for 'compressor' you'll see a handful of pictures of their trucks. There may be others in the galleries that I just missed or hadn't gotten back to labeling them so they show up in the search. I'm really curious, why did you choose to use the '284th' for your truck?? Thank you and stay well! Mikel Attached image shows T/5 Howell by a C Company compressor truck
