    Forgot to add into the initial post that I'm also recommissioning an Armstrong MT500 for a friend, although this needs to go now the GPW is coming onboard

    Hi Folks, Found this forum having joined the local Trent Valley MVT earlier this year and spending some time looking for a suitable vehicle. Later this week I'm picking up a '42 Ford GPW thats complete but has not run for approx 4 years and needs a full going over. I'm sure that I'll be asking lots of school-boy level Jeep questions over the next few weeks so I'll apologise for this now Cheers, Ben
