I came across a GF 25 pounder, in the army museum of the village where i retired, and decided to build an 1:16 model of it, to keep me busy. The personnel there was very helpful and have let me take measurements (have not come across any proper plans on the net) to my contentment. Since i obviously can't dismantle anything to measure, i hit a snag when it came to inspect / measure the traverse saddle mechanics (as far as the rotation pin location) and the road wheels brake drum / axle details.
I would appreciate if you could direct me to a site where i can access to diagrams or photos, without much expense.
