  1. Mountain cap - issued in two variations. One issued as pictured to provide protection again wind and a second variation with a fleece lining to provide extra warmth. Your variation was used extensively around Italy 43'/44'.
  2. Hi all, So I received a large lot of 50/60pttn KD and jungle green clothing from a gent who had worn them back in the day. Most mint and barely worn including his jumper. I haven't been able to find it in reference books but he mentioned it may have been issued in limited numbers to troops in North Africa? It was reissued in the 50s and 60s to the paras apparently but this is all speculation. Does anyone have any concrete information on it? I'd be much obliged. Photos attached.
