  1. If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for it? Cheers IW
  2. Good Evening, Just a general query, my grandfather has been talking about a Ford 1500 weight truck. What was the official designation of this vehicle? Cheers, FB
  3. Another person determined to make an argument:stop: The whole idea of this thread is to highlight any accidents that have happened at the War and Peace show, its not disrespectful it was a question - I passed no derogatory comment. + It had already been posted (I hadn't seen the post).
  4. Can you give us the "un-informed" an idea of what happened?
  5. Its not surprising that the War and Peace show has so many incidents due to the massive amount of people that it attracts. Having sat through safety briefings for events at Bovington, where its risks assessments, yellow jackets and training galore - its wonder how more people haven't been injured or killed at W&P. At previous years of War and Peace shows, I have witnessed things comparable to the start of Casualty. People walking behind moving vehicles, sticking there hands where hands should not be stuck...
  6. Sounds like you had fun, hope we get to see more of the Stuart down at the friends weekends. John, hows the valentine, didn't see it in the shed's (all fixed, or am I blind?)
  7. Other pictures on the official war and peace site show Mr Pearson driving it.
  8. Thanks will update that list when I get back. Joel

So here we are, a run down on what different WW2 German armour we have in the different countries: DE - 9 - Germany FR - 8 - France UK - 8 - United Kingdom CH - 7 - Switzerland US - 6 - United States RU - 3 - Russia FI - 3 - Finland CZ - 3 - Czech LU - 1 - Luxembourg SE - 1 - Sweden DK - 1 - Denmark So Germany - France have the most armour split between them. However the UK is only one behind.
  10. I don't think that Duncan is on these forums (not sure about Richard). As you are in Dorset, you could have a look at volunteering at the Tank Museum, they have some BRDM vehicles (one may even work). If you know what you are doing with the Russian kit, I am sure that they could use your help - just an idea.
  11. Welcome Is it a problem to get spares?
  12. Personally I cannot believe that there is only 1 running Panzer 1, We have one at Bovington, but its not running. Any more suggestions for the list would be great. FB
  13. Adrian I am very sure that you are correct. Restoration page here.
  14. I may have found a running Panzer IV Something went wrong... Not sure of its location, or even who owns it?
  15. Ok, so I will add it. - Added country names also. Question: G13 - Patton Museum - Running? Possible Running PZ4? Here? Thanks, FB
  16. I am looking into this Panzer IIIN, thanks for the contributions. As I assume you speak Danish, maybe you could drop the museum a line just to confirm that its still in running order. Updated what CENTI game me. Who owns the JagdPzIV in Pathfinder then?
  17. Yeah not sure how I managed to do that But I have changed it around, Hetzer was a JAGD 38(T). I am getting more and more feedback from PM's etc on the list. Thus more and more vehicles are been added. I think their is a Panzer 4, but I need some sort of evidence.
  18. Is this a website that you subscribe to Some amazing patterns, but does it no wreck some of the crop of the farmers field?
  19. I will update the photos, but this will be my plain text list: Tiger I Bovington TM. (Vehicle: 131) - UK Tiger II (King Tiger) Saumur TM. (Vehicle: 233) - FR Jadgtiger: Non Running. 20. At the beginning of today show 5th gear visited Tanks Alot, under the direction of Nick they "drove" a Russian SPG and then a 432. I have to say, I haven't seen driving as bad as the first gentleman in the Russian SPG. You just wouldn't let him drive any of your vehicles unless he was paying you amazing sums of money. - If you watch it, watch his habit of taking his hands away from the sticks completly and he appears that he is about to climb out the hatch. The second test was a 432 race, of which the vehicle with the turret won! - Maybe the non turreted 432 had it in the wrong range? Anyway, it is somthing to watch out for, nothing amazing.
  21. This is how I understand it, it now has an engine in - the original one. But its beyond repair... I was explained the technical aspects but did not understand, something about frost-bite. Watch this space for more pictures, but its not a runner, the Jagdpanther is closer to being a runner BTW... there are more Panthers, just been told, got to write some emails to various parties, so details to follow.
  22. I Think its the lack of engine? :-D Want me to ask where the engine went?
  23. When I was compiling this list, I had just the same idea. But think of the logistics, if we are honest, the central and most logical location would be main land Europe. But you just wouldn't want to send the Tiger and Panzer 3 all that way :-D
  24. Its made from two tracked tractors isn't it? Do a search there was a huge thread on it.
