1942 Willys MB Engine - Serial Number MB-132137 Build date stamped on the sump face is - 3-10-42 Engine has been fully rebuilt with no expense spared - Crack around core plug professionally lock stitched Engine block was bored and sleeved back to standard bore 3.125” Hardened exhaust valve seats fitted to accommodate running regular unleaded Inlet valve seats re-cut New valve guides fitted Brand new exhaust valves Brand new inlet valves Crank re-ground and polished - Mains 0.40 - Big ends 0.30’ All 4 connecting rods were re-sized Brand new pistons and rings Engine block skimmed Cylinder head skimmed New core plugs New cam bearing Camshaft polished New timing chain New head studs and nuts New manifold studs and nuts Rebuilt using Fel-Pro gasket set I have an album of over 50 pictures throughout the rebuild , if you are interested drop me a message and I’ll email them over to you Viewings more than welcomed I can arrange for this engine to be seen running on a test bed should you wish to see it before buying that’s no problem - if it hasn’t sold within the next couple of weeks I’ll get round to uploading a video of it running.
