  1. Attention there are calcium/calcium batteries on sale, they can give problems as they need higher voltage for loading. (Like modern cars). It works for a good while but if your car isn't used for longer you get starting problems. For loading you need a special charger too. I got back with the batterie to the man who sold it to me. It took him 2 days on the special charger and he could't get more than 80% charged... Next one will be an lead/lead battery.

  2. I think he means the wire between points and coil. Also check the connectors for corrosion. Other thing i once had, dry rotor bushes in the starter motor so it pulls more power. After oling the car started well again. Good luck.

  3. The bodyshop that repaired my car, cleaned it like new. (it is parked under trees so lots of green on it everywhere.) They used a product called Cartec. It dissolves organic matter. They spray it on and a few minutes later it is washed with warm water. Ready. I don't know it they did pressure wash it.
