hi Arjan,

Thank you for your interest,

I very much appreciate your opinion

because you already renovated Austin Tilly.

After four months of work, the body is ready.

I have to repair the door, and the cabin

doors are left in a very, very bad condition,

rusted, badly repaired, cut (!), again poorly welded.

It will be hard work.

Tom. "Slowly, Slowly catchy monkey" as they say .......somewhere? I always find it best not to look for the end result.....just the part I am working on now. You are doing a grand job to save that almost scrap Tilly. Ron

What's the big problem, Tom? Fitting the doors?

trevor

think cab rear pillars and late, doors in to the cab,

because, wooden filling in the columns is destroyed, the plate is destroyed, the door is broken and I have a great concern

that is hard to go close.

Make fotos, I'll try to fix everything, add the missing parts, hopefully I can get everything put together,

Well you've done OK so far Tom. I think I can see from you pictures that the rear part of the passenger door pillar is completely missing. Remember what I said before..." Softly Softly, catchy monkey".

pillar is out side, wood is out , must make new and missing down enf of pillars, think Imake by fotos,

but I think it's a big deal to close the door, the door will fit into the cabin,

make pillars and try...maybe all be good with little luck!

one more step to trip to Normandy, think my Tilly was one time in Normandy , in june 1944, wants go again , with this Tilly to Normandy , on 70th anniversary D day!

I am very sorry that I am unable to check the history of my Tilly M4888772, his fate from the moment that came out of the factory building?

I've completed the repair of the left pillar and pillar right now ....
