Would appreciate it hugely! You could use a 1/4" slitting saw. Or an angle grinder mounted on a chop saw type of stand. to cut the flutes of the Flash Hider. It's been over 20 years since I worked on these! But as I recall APPROX 4" Long X a Loose slip fit in the mantlet hole diameter! Fins I would estimate to be APPROX 7-8mm Thick. You would HAVE to gauge it To LOOK right when Placed up against Your Turret Mantlet. If I were you, I would get up close & personal with the above Picture printed off. & do a Drawing with your own measurement's to LOOK similar to the F/E in the Photo. In my opinion, this would not be a difficult job. YOU would have to do that there. I am unable to help further on this.
