roajeep
Hi, For use on an historic airfield I am investigating how and where to obtain a WW2 DB Tractor. Does not have to be a jewel, can be tatty and worn, but the engine and mechanics must be OK. All tips, leads, and advice, gratefully received. Thanks. DavidH Oslo Norway. russell sprout
Genuine Wartime examples are quite rare and expensive in the U.K. The last one I saw at auction sold for 14K. Postwar although slightly different pop up from time to time. This one built in 1943 and registered in '46 is this Summers project to repaint. Topdog
http://www.milweb.net/webvert/a2295 I don't suppose that this would be of any interest?

Hi Topdog, Must admit have never seen one of these before but I think might be a bit small for our needs. Still it looks to be a fun machine to have. Thanks for the tip. Hope you received it OK as I forgot to file a copy in my Sent folder this end. DavidH
