guys1943dodge Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 (edited) Hello All, I just thought I'd introduce myself - although some of you may already know me...my names Guy but I'm best known as 'Minty'... I live in East Northamptonshire...'The Rose Of The Shires' and I'm a real old-car nut - I grew up with them (courtesy of my dad) and I've owned numerous pre-war and WW2 vehicles since I was 12-yrs old - I'm 47 now! I currently own two wartime Jeeps - a 'Script' GPW which is nearing the completion of a full 4-year, nut & bolt 'concours' rebuild and a lovely little '44 Willys MB in full RAF-guise...my 'civvy' car is a beautiful 1938 Morris-10 Series-3 Special Coupe along with a few 50's/60's classics as-well... I'm into my wartime re-enacting - generally British (primarily RAF) but also American (mostly USAAF 'ground-crew' & mechanic) and can often be found at various events up & down the country throughout the year... I'm really looking forward to chatting with you all and helping to answer any questions, as & when I can! TTFN... Regards - Guy.
