What can I say? Enigma is a wonderful and very talented chap. My Rosie the Riveter helmet is awesome! I wore it all day on Saturday and very nearly slept with it on Saturday night!!!!!!:nut:

Being serious here, if you want a totally unique present then you cant go wrong with one of these helmets. The detail on mine is remarkable, I cant stop admiring it! I think everyone should have one! :D

Nice one! How much are the English ones? Now for your next challange... WW1 Brodys type?

The Brit. ones aren't as expensive as the US one.

Problem are the liners because they are sized.

Without a liner 60 E.

Funny you should mention Brodies, allready made one from a postwar shell, made the chisstrap attachments myself, with rivet. (no pics as of yet)

Again, liners...expensive to buy and the size.

The one I made is meant for me but I'll have to source the liner. Especially with shipping to the Netherlands its a lot of money.

So I may stick by making the odd outer shell without liner for now.

those British repros are really noce mate, are they copied from pictures of wartime helmets or just unit badges painted on?

Thanks mate.

The Polish one was made to specification although similar ones were used in WW2.

The following ones are copied after originals of photo's.

-Medic

-Yellow lion (Prinses Irene Brigade).

The other ones are artistic freedom.
