Caddy Posted April 12, 2013 Share Posted April 12, 2013 Mine has nothing to do with golf, but comes from another sport - cricket. I'm a left arm seam bowler, reasonably quick (hit 70mph in me youth). At my last club one mate said to me after I took a wicket (a rare event) 'you don't half look like Andrew Caddick when you run in'. Caddick got shortened to Caddy and it's stuck (well it's better than Big Bird - I'm 6'3"). Cricket came to a halt when I damaged my left shoulder (under repair - about as quick as a REME job!), and I needed somthing to do so I decided to volunteer at Duxford as I live about 30min away.
