airportable Posted October 5, 2011 Share Posted October 5, 2011 Had a chance to take photo's of a 9x9 tent that is different/modified to the usuall standard. Differences, a side door to the rear of the left hand side fastened with a wide band of velcro, step over threshold. The front of the tent has extended roof and sides approx. 2' 6" with large eyelets every 18" or so along the front edge. Any idea's why the variation or what situation it would have been used for? I'm tempted as I have realised that facing another 9x9 the extension would act as a brilliant 'gasket'. Have I answered my own question! Thanks for any info. or picks of one set up.
