CVRT Sabre TN15 Gearbox Noise. Your views on whether the rasping / grating noise is anything to worry about would be much appreciated. It appears to be coming from the centrifugal clutch area.... as soon as the clutch engages it disappears. The gearbox works fine all gears work as they should. This gearbox was supplied as "having a noise" so I decided to fit it to try and diagnose the fault. I have a good gearbox which will be fitted if necessary. Note: I do have another radiator with a new core to replace the existing one !! " width="644" height="390">">Something went wrong... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H9lLR1P0CrY

FV105 Sultan is a British Army command and control vehicle based on the CVR(T) platform. It has a higher roof than the APC variants, providing a more comfortable "office space" inside. This contains a large vertical map board and desk along one side, with a bench seat for three people facing it. Forward of this are positions for the radio operator with provision for four radios and vehicle commander, whose seat can be raised which also gave his access to the pintle mounted G.P.M.G. Hi everyone, Does anyone have any suggestions where I can rent some storage space for a CVRT in North Yorkshire? Any leads greatly appreciated. Edit: I have just about enough space at home, but I doubt the neighbours will appreciate its presence, can't think why... ) Thanks, Mike

Well, just when you think you know a thing or two life shows you otherwise! I found this on evil bay today. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Alvis-Streaker-Military-Excavator-Manufacturers-Specification-Sheet-/300659515867?pt=UK_Collectables_Militaria_LE&hash=item4600b421db#ht_2870wt_944 I'm wondering did it ever get past the drawing board stage? Wouldn't that be a blast at Beltring and around home. How could the missus deny you owning an MV that was also useful for something? Robin (not "Rob" fyi)
