  4. well the saddest sight i saw (on a day when vehicle was stopped) was a freelander try at least thirty times to drive in to a parking area in Monktons ,and refused a tow from officials saying it was good fun..... of course he was finally towed in by an official and when he got out of the car he too wore an officials t-shirt......about sums it up .   5. Hi, i know some dealers had problems with thier marquees....... as each one had to be towed in as the vans could not cope with the mud on the stalls site. Ashley

When we travelled to France this year in June, at Poole all the questions from the customs/Police officers were regarding firearms we had= none Were we re-enactors = no Did we know any re-enactors going to France and liable to come through Poole Port= no were we meeting up with any re-enactors in France = no all questions pointed towards firearms and obviouly gathering data.   12. The worst i found was `Mock turtle soup` disgusting, and as for trying to squeeze the condensed milk from the tubes and get to dissolve in tea a exercise on its own...
  13. I can still remember when one of the origonal first war tanks took part in the battle, acordind to friends the replica is very life like and looks very real indeed right up to thr point where you touch it. Ashley
