Hi, I have a factory Diesel Marmon, Another change was to the floor and engine access in the cab. the cover for the diesel is about twice the size of the petrol I guess the Diesel is longer and taller. there was also a rumor that the steering column was changed but I have never compared the two. On the diesel the air pump is a stand alone unit bolted to the chassis driven by duel belts from the front crank pulley. Hope that helps Regards Dave

  6. On the Drivers side door of my SUMB is a printed sheet giving the Tyre pressures for the 10.50 x 20's 50psi is a tad on the high side previous owner was running at around 50psi I have set it to 2.7 and 2.9 bar and it rides a lot nicer on the road hope that helps Dave
  7. Just Joined HMVF I have had an interest in Military Vehicles for some time and have spent quite a lot of time fixing old Land Rovers. I now have an SUMB and am starting to take it to Steam fairs and Military show in the South east of England. Regards Dave
