Hi everybody, my name is Rich, I am interested in anything 4 wheel drive or off-road.
I have had a variety of vehicles in the past from Unimogs, 101 to lighweights, to bikes. Currently own a GPW 1942 which I have sympathetically restored keeping the original body albeit with some rust and filler. Also have a fully restored 1951 series 1 which is ex-military. And waiting in the wings for restoring I have a 1949 Series 1 which was imported from Australia.
My job involves working at an army base in the south where I am a sheet metal worker/fabricator and work on both wheel and tracked vehicles.
