  4. In my opinion all of the vehicles I have sprayed in BS 224 have been the colour on the right, but....... after 1 to 2 months they have darkened to the colour we have come to expect. I am never happy with the result at first. But I try to leave it to darken before I worry too much.

They thought Steam was a finished source of power once, now you can spend a quarter of a million on an old one, plus there seems to be plenty of people to run and maintain them.........the old skills are getting passed down. It wouldn't be so easy to build a new Flying Scotsman or a Ploughing engine but it still could be done at a cost.

  18. Hi, I just opened a box in the workshop that held a new dizzy, but can't be sure what vehicle it's for. Its a six cylinder and the numbers on the body are Model UBCH6A 40448A TYPE DS35 256 Can anyone shed any light on what vehicle its for, was hoping for one for my Dingo but now not so sure. I will be grateful for any answers.Thanks
  19. Keep an eye open for some ammo boxes, I have a Bren Mag Wooden box with 2 of these on,(it held the mags in their metal boxes) whilst its not up for sale they are a good alternative source.
