I need to wire in a cigarette lighter to my Bedford MW. Taking it to Normandy so I need a charging point for my mobile phone. I was going to wire it in to the battery directly with an inline fuse. What rating should the fuse be?

There appears to be some doubt if you are travelling to Normandy this year re insurance with Footman James. You may well find you are not covered. Important you check with Footman James to ensure your covered insurance wise and vehicle recovery.
I am taking my Bedford MW to Normandy and need to have recovery/breakdown cover for it. I am insured with footman James but they do not do recovery/breakdown. Can anyone suggest where I can get cover from.
Who was selling the mattresses at the W and P show this year. It was the first stall on the left as you walked in to the stall area from the entrance by the grandstand. The mattresses for the camp beds I mean.
Lovely pictures especially my Bedford MW. I admit Richard Farrant re sprayed it for me. But I did make tea and I stirred the paint. I encouraged him as we'll with comments such as , missed a bit there etc.
Picked up a couple of German telescopic sights, one is a Carl Zeiss Jena zielvier serial no 42412. The other is an OIGEE Berlin Luxor 4 serial no 102461. Anyone an expert on these, can you date them or tell me anything about them. Thanks.
Dad was an OR in the RAF in WW2 as was I in the eighties. I am afraid I cannot be an officer as I put my tomato sauce all over my dinner not a blob on the side of my plate. I will go with the WPG shirt bit pricey but worth it I think.
My son owns a series 3 land rover. He needs to have the seats repaired and new foam in them. Does anyone know where he can get this done. We live in kent.
My friend owns a Bedford mj. He has a hgv licence at the moment. It weights 5 tonne plated for 9 tonne gross. What needs to be done to drive it on his ordinary driving licence. He is worried that at some time he will lose his Hgv licence he is 65 now.
I am thinking of changing the carb on my MW to the later civilian one. Does anyone know the part no for the civilian version and does it give the improvement to mileage etc that people are saying. Lastly where can I get one and how much.
Where can I get the retaining springs for the bonnet of my mw. I have the springs which hold the side panels but not the springs which are the longer ones which just hold the bonnet.
