  1. Hi guys, Been pretty hectic but we are manning the Pilgrim Bandits stand today (Friday) at Paddock wood. One day only for us (steves there till Sunday though) but pop over and say hi if youre there today, I believe its stall A36. Looks like the weather will be kind to us :-D Sarah & John (and Steve)
  2. I have now spent the past 3/4 days on this 'challenge' due to health and safety issues. In my personal first hand opinion things could not be futher from the truth from what you will see, we are animal lovers, we believe in safety and believe in doing whats right and not in self promotion. We are no longer on this challenge and have returned home. Enough said
  3. Fantastic Paul be great to know people are still going out to cheer them on, i know theyve had more problems today and the weather this morning hasnt been on their side :undecided:
  4. Forgot to mention that they have a running blog already running here to keep people updated http://horseshelpheroes.org.uk/Blog/ ..prob shouldnt metion that the wagon has had to be fixed already on day 1 :nut:
  5. They have 23 horses on a change over system and are planning to take 10 days straight 24/7 Noone is under any impression that it will be an easy task at all
  6. The link to everything thats going on is here and you can donate through the site http://www.horseshelpheroes.org.uk/
  7. Horses help heros are about to leave from lands end this morning. This challenge is for a team of wounded servicemen and their support crew, to drive a horse–drawn replica WW1 ambulance, 1,000 miles from Land’s End to John O’Groats, travelling non–stop, 24 hours a day, to raise £1 million to support wounded servicemen and women. If their route passes near to you PLEASE come out and support them, maybe bring your change pots and throw a few pennies in if you can but if you can only to cheer them on and lift their spirits it will help! My lovely fiancee is on this challenge so if you see John please tell him I miss him like crazy im gutted im not able to come and support the guys on this challenge :undecided: There is a schedule of their Route and planned arrival times at different points here SCHEDULE

  14. Im afraid Im a bit boring compared to a lot of members going at big projects so not much to tell. But anyway I am a girly so bear with me, I used to enjoy tinkering with a few vehicles and going to shows with my friends a few years ago and had a humber pig for a while which I loved to bits. Life had to move on for a bit but im now possibly hoping to rekindle my old love for my pig (..and wouldnt mind a saracen :red:) if I can convince my ex-reme other half Oh and he has a Russian Ural to play on too
