  1. Hi Andy, there is no uk branch for Kato..oh well, have to look at it again to see if i can find what's wrong with it, Thank's for the help, Paul.
  2. Hi Andy, thank's for that..we'll give them a try, although i think my friend has already tried them and did'nt get very far, Thank's, Paul.
  3. Hello, Please can any body help with the where about's of an instruction manual for a generator that belong's to a friend of mine. We believe it possibly came from the ministry,it is not that old,the Kato generator has 1974 on the name plate's..the engine is a continental red seal 4 cylinder diesel...unfortuneately the name plate is missing..the engine work's fine, but it stopped producing electric all of a sudden. Any info would be appreciated, Paul.
  4. Hello every body, I feel like a bit of an imposter..i was trying to find some info on a generator a friend of mine has,and i came across your site, and wanted to look at the picture's,so i registered. Having said all that,my favourite subject at school was history, and have been interested in anything mechanical since i was a youngster. I am a toolmaker, machinist by trade and am into motor bike's mainly. I saw 3 or 4 american WW2 truck's (one of them was a tracked vehicle) on the A25 near Sevenoak's a few week's back..i think there was a big show in Kent somewhere..they were very impressive. Any way,if it's ok,i would like to put a question on the forum about this generator, Thank's, Paul.
