  1. I know of a few which have had towbars fitted.
  2. I think the other videos he has done may be of more interest. Especially the ones in the construction yard. Plenty of old CMP's, Jeeps, and a gantry Austin K6 to name a few.

  4. These taps were also used on some outboard motors. Corks are available from Sheridan marine. https://www.sheridanmarine.com/product/british-seagull-outboard-metal-fuel-tap-overhaul-kit I seem to remember someone replacing the corks with nitrile O rings mounted on brass spacers. Chris

  9. I hate to be a pedant but it looks like the arm on the left side is mounted upsidedown compared to the right hand one.

  13. I have the spanner for the head but one problem is not all the bolts are fully accessible to pull on the spanner. Some you can only push the spanner which I feel would give a variation in tightness!

  15. Hi all, I have just had the head skimmed on my Bedford MW after a head gasket failure, and reading the manual there are no torque settings for the head bolts. The book says just to tighten the bolts! Anyone got a suitable ball park figure for the torque settings? Cheers

  17. Two truck cabs looking similar to a Forson WOT8, one with no roof, on a trailer behind a dropside van going clockwise round the M25 near Heathrow yesterday about 2:30. Wheelarches and the missing roof in the back of the dropside.

    Dunkirk

    I was wondering if there were any celebrations to mark the 75th anniversary of Dunkirk this year? I thought we could all take our trucks to the beach, leave them there, and catch the ferry home :cool2:
  19. Hi Terrierman, Is it the all steel body you are after pictures for or the wooden body? The diagram looks like it might be the wooden variant. Ours is the steel type but I think there is a wooden one in Northampton.
  20. Fuel cans for use on boats are usefull when bench testing, especially with the quick release connectors and a lot safer than a pipe in an open jerrycan!
  21. It looks very similar but it is lacking the rectangular strip on the edge to attatch to the cupola side.
  22. Have you considered a SUMB? Portal axles and a nice flathead V8 engine.
