This was my first visit to this show. Superb well organised friendly show, will defo be attending again next year, with more vehicles.

This year were pleased to announce, three cruiser tanks are booked into this year's show. Cromwell, Comet & a Charioteer on its first public outing. The YWE show has been chosen to hold the first public appearance of the very rare original German Stug 111 tank. We also have 56 re-enactments groups, and over 55 military/vintage stalls booked into this year's show. Don't miss the North of England's biggest military shows. Cheers Stu

We've decided to only allow 400 military vehicles, to enter this year's event. As we've already recieved 200 plus entries. Glad Ive read this post now, as it may explain a few things ! I'm the organiser of the Yorkshire Wartime Experience show in Yorkshire http://www.ywe-event.info 8-10th July Last year we had a lot more military vehicle entries due to W&P, this year it's done nuts as I've already recieved 57 entries. Having spoken with a few of the entrants, they've all said the same thing. No more W&P for them, which to be fair is a real shame !!
