  1. Thanks to Ron and especially Jan for the help - the seat is repaired and complete - now we have to provide a suitable cover, i.e. upholstery.. Any recommendations? Thank you very much and I wish everyone many happy moments with our bikes in the new year.
  2. Rone - it's a lycette but with a front spring - and yes the rear support is missing - the photo is for illustration only
  3. Friends, I have a fender seat without the back part - supports (see photo) - it would help me a lot to make a replacement if someone could provide me with a drawing with dimensions - maybe just trace the original on paper and scan it to scale. Thank you for your help
  4. víčko olejové nádrže triumf 3HW Řeším problém - u Triumphu 3 HW se mi podařilo ztratit víčko olejové nádrže - ačkoliv prodejci říkají, že je to stejné jako palivová nádrž, není to pravda - víčko benzinové nádrže je větší - závit 4,4 cm, průměr uzávěru (závitu) olejové nádrže bude cca. 4,1 mm. Můžete mi poradit, kde ho sehnat: děkuji
  5. Ron, I'm sorry maybe "uncle google" translates this well. The nut is knurled for hand tightening. So it will probably be original. Even with your photos of Triumph, I dare to guess that there was a matrix file than a "stick". Maybe every motorcycle manufacturer had it differently. Or it was, according to the specific type of magdyn. Or as with pillion seats - "what the house just gave" I have the original Lucas catalogs, but the one under one number has several designs ...
  6. So I confirm - there is a connector copper nut
  7. I meant this piece but it will probably be on this part 463334A Stepped stud for contact breaker plate
  8. and here on 3 SW it's different again ...
  9. here it looks like caught on a magnet tape ...
  10. I guess I wrote it wrong. I wonder where he was "from the factory" is the wire attached to the frame.
  11. Hi - I will renovate the electrical distribution on my Triumph HW - I don't know, but I will assign a negative (-) pole to the original on the frame. Can you advise or have a photo? Michael
