Many thanks for adding me to you fantastic forum.I have had a keen interest in all things military from an early age since discovering both my grandfathers fought in the 1st world war and my own father was a tail gunner in Lancaster bombers.I live on the North Wales coast not very far from the infamous Kinmel Camp and the now sadly closed Grange Cavern Military Museum which I visited regularly in my teens.As I am sure many of you are aware the area is rich in military history.I have been a keen responsible metal detectorist for over 30 years and have found many interesting items over the years.Many of my local beaches were used for target practice during both wars and are littered with spent ammunition etc.I look forward to being able to add to the forum in the future.Sadly I don't own a military vehicle at the moment but hope to purchase a Willys jeep in the not too distant future when I find the right one.All the best.
